Shipping & Returns


How product is shipped:

All food items, except 10pc marshmallow boxes, are shipped FedEx 2nd day to insure freshness, or overnight if specified by the customer, or in times of extreme heat.

All gift items, and 10 pc marshmallow boxes, can ship via FedEx ground, second day, or overnight as specified by the customer.

If purchasing food and gift items to ship together, your package will be shipped according to the most perishable item in your cart.

Shipping schedule:

All orders placed by 4:30 EST will ship by the end of the following business day.

Orders placed after 4:30 will be considered placed the following day (for example, if you order at 7PM Monday, your order will ship end of day Wednesday)

Food orders placed on Thursday*, Friday or Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. (*Thursday orders placed before 4:30 EST, may ship on Friday only using overnight/saturday delivery, please call us 212-462-4392)

Gift orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

If you require Saturday delivery, please call us directly to place your order at 212-462-4392. We will check to see if that option is available in your city. Once you place your order on our website, we cannot change your service choice for shipping.

We do not ship on Weekends or national holidays.

Where we ship:

We cannot ship food items outside of the United States.

To ship gift items outside of the US, please call us for a quote.

We cannot ship to a PO box, we must have a physical address and contact phone number at that address. Inaccurate addresses that result in a shipment return or require a second attempt will result in an additional charge.

Signature required:

We require an adult signature on all food orders placed on our website. If you wish to waive this requirement, you may opt out upon checkout, but we can then not be responsible for missing packages, or items left out in foul weather or extreme heat or spoiled food items.

Website returns:

Food product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift product can be returned for credit only, within 7 days of receipt and with our prior authorization. Please call us at 212-462-4392 for authorization.
